Clients engage my executive coaching and consulting services to grow their leadership capabilities, improve the performance of their teams, and expand their impact. I provide one-on-one coaching and team coaching/workshops and conduct assessments to help individuals and teams uncover insights into their leadership, emotional intelligence, and culture. For one-on-one coaching, I help leaders clarify a vision for their career and life, and develop a growth plan with specific goals they want to accomplish through their leadership in work and life.

My Background
As an executive in a Fortune 100 company, I led multiple teams in cross-functional initiatives. My passion for developing leaders who build loyal, high-performing teams was sparked by an experience of leading over 100 diverse volunteers (creative and technical) to present weekly multimedia productions at a church in New York City. My broad experience in venture capital, technology, and corporate strategy in companies like New York Life, American Express, Oracle, PepsiCo, Accenture, startups, and non-profits, helps me to understand a wide range of leadership challenges as I help leaders grow from where they are to who they aspire to be. As an ICF-trained* executive coach with real-world leadership experience, I work with companies and non-profits to unlock their leadership potential. I help them develop leaders who can foster a high-performing culture, execute strategy, and produce results.
